Thyroid Cancer will impact your life., physically & emotionally. After surgery you will not only suffer from the effects of being hypothyroidism but your emotions will be a roller coaster.
Remember to feel anger and fear is a normal reaction to an unusual event.
Following you will find some of the reactions when under stress.
· Crying for no reason
· Sensitive
· Often having dreams or nightmares
· Lack of enjoyment in daily activities
· Not being able to concentrate or remember things
· Feeling alone
· Isolating oneself
· Trouble sleeping
· Experience fear or anxiety
· A feeling of emptiness or hopelessness for the future.
· Feeling anger
· Feeling Instability
The best way to overcome the anger, fear and anxiety is to speak to others about it. Look into support groups for help. Remember you are not alone….
